Do you charge tax?
We charge 8% sales tax for orders shipping to New York State. Tax is not charged for orders shipping anywhere else.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you don’t need to create an account. You can order as a guest. We do encourage creating an account though. If you plan to order from us regularly it could save a few steps during the checkout process. Plus, you will have access to your complete order history.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We have no minimum order requirements.
Where do you ship?
At the moment we only ship to the United States. That may change in the future.
What shipping options do you offer?
At the moment we ship USPS Standard (3-5 days) and USPS Priority (2-3 days).
When will my order ship?
We get them out as quickly as possible! Most orders ship within 24 hours. It may occasionally take longer. Depending on when your order is placed, it may be shipped same day.
What is the status of my order?
When your order ships, we will email you the carrier’s tracking number. From there you can track the status of the shipment on its way to you.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
I made a mistake – can I cancel my order?
If you can get in touch with us before your order is shipped we will cancel it and issue a refund.
There was a problem with my order. How can I contact you?

What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been shipped.
